About

With four kids and nothing more than a high school education,Beth opened her business back in 1993. She first opened in a small rental building selling the usual items – gas, bait, tackle, beer, cigarettes, liquor, chips, candy, and few miscellaneous items. After 15 years in what is now considered a shack, she built a brand new larger building. This new building was bigger, and better, in every way.  Building it from the ground up allowed Beth to make it just how she wanted. After six months of construction the new store was finally finished. Beth took only one day off to move the entire store. It took all the employees, family, and friends. Beth wanted to be sure that she wasn’t closed for more that 24 hours when moving because, in an entire year, Beth is only closed one day Christmas.

Before the new store was built Beth decided to become apart of the Phillips 66 franchise. Becoming apart of the franchise gives the business owner a grant towards their business, this helped Beth with the cost. The new store allowed  Beth to expand her business selling more product than she ever imagined. She began to sell almost three times the amount of product as before. With more room she was able to order a greater variety of products, such as  specialty liquors, cigarettes, and overall a larger quantity of merchandise. With the new store up and running Beth had more business than she knew what to do with.

Osage Mini Mart is still thriving and bringing in new business everyday.
